I took the first step and went and got help. I consoled and cried to the therapist for a whole year. She made me realize that I have the right to my feelings, and  I had been through a lot in my life. and  its  was okay to take time out to take care of me first, and love me .  All I did was imagine. if I took the first step in trying to help myself, and believed that  maybe I would be happier.
